Our team at Dunnikier Park Nursery & Playgroup is at the heart of everything we do. We are a nurturing, welcoming, and passionate group of early years professionals who are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and education. Each member of our staff is skilled, knowledgeable, and committed to creating a safe, stimulating environment where every child feels valued and supported. We take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with children and families, and in continuously developing our practice to ensure the best outcomes for all.

At the heart of our setting is a passionate and experienced management team dedicated to providing the best care and learning experiences for children.

Miss Jasmine McKinney our manager, brings over five years of experience working with children across a range of early years settings. She is currently completing her BA (Hons) in Childhood Practice, further developing her skills and knowledge to support high-quality early learning and childcare. Jasmine’s commitment to creating nurturing, child-centred environments is at the core of everything we do.

Mrs Jenna O’Neill our Lead Practitioner, holds a degree in Social Work and has over 10 years experince working in child protection along with 4 years of experience working in child care. Her background gives her a strong understanding of child development, wellbeing, and family support. Jenna is passionate about creating inclusive, supportive spaces where every child can thrive.
